Where color bursts, space comes alive.

" This one specifically Dots.02 I will say I love how it adds life to our neutral space. It feels playful but still grounded and calming, and I notice something new in it every time I look at it." — Kim M.

Vanessa Antunes paints the way she thinks — in geometry, color, and controlled intensity.

Born in Brazil and trained in Textile Technology at SENAI CETIQT in Rio de Janeiro, she found her way to painting intuitively and through precise lines.

Her work has been featured in Pop & the Popular at the National Gallery of the Cayman Islands (2022) and Cayman Art Week (2022, 2023, 2025).

Today her paintings live in homes and offices across the Cayman Islands and Brazil.

"I don't start with emotion. I start with geometry. But somewhere between the lines and the color, something alive always appears." — Vanessa Antunes

Cayman Depths

Inspired by the waters of the Cayman Islands, these works exchange geometry for life: fish constructed from patterns and lines, coral reefs dense in color and detail, an underwater world observed with the same precise attention she dedicates to her abstract work.
